Abstract
One of the gaps in the measurement and evaluation of human resource development programs is the clear cut design for evaluating training programs that cater to specific agencies and to a mixture of clients in one training course. In an attempt to provide a framework and directions in evaluating the results of the training course, the results of the study are the following: (1) Inventory of relevant training evaluation frameworks and models that could be useful in evaluating the statistical training programs of the SRTC; (2) Recommendations on the most appropriate training evaluation framework to be adopted by the SRTC; and (3) Recommendation on the appropriate strategies and training evaluation tools.
