Abstract

The objective of the project is to come up with a framework that will assess the overall quality of statistics generated from BLES surveys and DOLE administrative-based data system with the objective of improving quality timeliness and reliability of generated labor statistics. Validation of the usability and appropriateness of the data quality checklist both for administrative-based and survey-based statistics to existing data system was found to be an appropriate methodology for this assessment.
